Refund Policy

HappyTestr operates on a performance-based payment model: you pay 50% upfront and 50% only after successful delivery. This policy explains when refunds apply.

1. Our Payment Model

All HappyTestr services require an upfront payment of 50% of the total service price. The remaining 50% becomes due only upon successful completion and delivery of the service.

2. Refund Eligibility

Full Refund of Upfront Payment

You are eligible for a full refund of your upfront payment if:

  • We are unable to assemble the required testers for your Closed Testing order.
  • We cannot begin your testing within 5 business days of order confirmation.
  • A technical failure on our platform prevents delivery of your service.
  • You cancel your order before testing has commenced (within 24 hours of placement).

Partial Refund

A partial refund may be issued if testing commenced but was unable to be completed due to circumstances within our control.

No Refund

Refunds are not issued in the following cases:

  • Testing has been successfully completed and a report or status has been delivered.
  • You failed to provide necessary access (app access, testing track invitation) within 3 business days of being requested.
  • Your application was rejected by Google Play or another platform for reasons unrelated to our testing service.
  • You change your mind after testing has begun.

3. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, contact us at support@happytestr.com with your order ID and reason. We aim to review all refund requests within 3 business days.

4. Processing Time

Approved refunds are typically processed within 5–10 business days, depending on your payment provider. Razorpay may take additional time to credit your original payment method.
