These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of happytestr.com and all related services provided by HappyTestr ("we", "us", "our"). By registering or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and have the legal authority to enter into agreements to use HappyTestr. If you are using our services on behalf of a company, you represent that you are authorized to bind that company to these Terms.
2. Services
HappyTestr provides the following QA testing services:
- Google Play Closed Testing: Providing real human opt-in testers to satisfy Google Play's 20-tester / 14-day closed testing requirement.
- Manual QA Testing: Human testers evaluate your app or website for bugs, usability issues, and performance problems.
- AI Automated Testing: AI agents simulate user flows and generate structured test reports.
3. Payment Terms
Our standard payment model requires 50% of the service fee upfront when placing an order. The remaining 50% is due only after testing has been successfully completed and your report or status has been delivered. We use Razorpay for payment processing.
All prices are displayed in USD. Currency conversions are handled by your payment provider.
4. Refund Policy
Please refer to our dedicated Refund Policy for full details. In summary: if we are unable to complete the testing service, the upfront payment will be refunded. Refunds are not issued for services that have been successfully delivered.
5. User Responsibilities
You agree to:
- Provide accurate information about your application and testing requirements.
- Grant necessary access (e.g., closed testing track invitations, login credentials) promptly after order placement.
- Not use HappyTestr for illegal, unethical, or harmful applications.
- Not attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or misuse our platform.
6. Intellectual Property
Testing reports, insights, and analysis delivered by HappyTestr are licensed to you for your personal and commercial use. HappyTestr retains ownership of its platform, methodologies, and tools.
7. Confidentiality
We treat your application details and business information as confidential. Testers are vetted and bound by non-disclosure obligations. We do not share your app details with third parties beyond what is necessary to deliver the service.
8. Limitation of Liability
HappyTestr's liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service in question. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including lost profits, loss of data, or business interruptions.
9. Disclaimer of Warranties
Our services are provided "as is." While we strive for excellence, we cannot guarantee that our testing will identify every bug or that your app will pass all store review processes.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by applicable law. Disputes will be resolved through good-faith negotiation; failing that, through binding arbitration.
11. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of HappyTestr after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
